They listened to me, and that earned my loyalty I came to The Oaks Modern Dentistry because I had a front tooth that had broken and needed to be repaired. I had already been evaluated elsewhere, so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I walked in. Dr. Wu explained that because the tooth had broken before, a crown would be the stronger long-term solution. However, I explained that I wasn't ready to do a crown right now and wanted to repair the tooth with a filling first. What impressed me most was that Dr. Wu listened. She explained my options and her recommendation, but she respected my decision and worked with me instead of making me feel pressured. She repaired my tooth that same day, and I am very happy with the result. That experience gained The Oaks a loyal customer. I want a dentist who will give me their professional recommendation, answer my questions, and then allow me to be an active participant in decisions about my own dental care. Dr. Wu did exactly that. I also have to recognize April Xrays and Maritza at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Customer service matters, and they made an excellent first impression. I originally came in to take care of one immediate problem. I left feeling that I had found a dental office I would be comfortable returning to for the rest of my dental care. Thank you, Dr. Wu, April, Maritza, and The Oaks team.
